We do not run a large staff or an expensive fundraising operation. Directors serve without pay.
When a gift arrives, the distance between that money and a Veteran receiving help is short. There is no committee cycle to wait for and no regional office to route through.
Most gifts arrive unrestricted, which is exactly what a small responsive organization needs. It lets us fund a course fee in March and a relocation in April without asking anyone for permission first.
If you would rather direct your gift to a specific programme, say so and we will honour it and put the confirmation in writing.

How much of my gift reaches the mission
The Foundation operates lean by design, with a volunteer board and minimal administrative structure. Financial statements showing the breakdown are available on request.
Can I choose which programme my gift funds
Yes. Note the programme on the donation form or send us a message and we will restrict the gift accordingly and confirm it in writing.
Do you publish specific outcome numbers
We report on programme activity to donors who ask, and we would rather share verified figures directly than publish claims we cannot stand behind. Request a briefing and we will walk you through the current picture.
Is my donation tax deductible
Yes. We are a registered 501(c)(3) organization, tax ID 27-3554850, and gifts are deductible to the extent allowed by law.
